Legislators Approve Annual WCC Budget With No Tuition Increase WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Board of Legislators (BOL) unanimously approved the annual budget for Westchester Community College (WCC) on Monday, Aug. 10. The college’s total budget for fiscal year 2015/2016 is $166,669,694. The college employs about 600 people. As the sponsor government for the college, Westchester County will contribute $29,329,234. The budget does not raise tuition which is projected at $4,280 for Westchester residents. There are approximately 13,000 full- and part-time college credit students at WCC.
