Easton, Redding Approve Funds For Joel Barlow Roof Replacement FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The results from the Regional School District 9 referendum, held on Tuesday will provide Joel Barlow High with a roof replacement. The referendum passed in Easton and Redding. School District Number 9 will appropriate $1,040,647, with Easton's share equaling 46.7 percent or $485,982; and Redding's share equaling 53.3 percent or $554,665. Bonds and temporary notes will be authorized in the same amount for roof replacement at Joel Barlow High. With 131 for, 20 against in Easton and 329 for and 82 against in Redding, a total of 358 votes passed the referendum.
