The Maryland volleyball coach who posed as underage boys and girls to entice minors through social media copped to the crime and will spend nearly two decades in prison. Evan Thomas Harris Frock, 34, a substitute teacher and volleyball coach in Carroll County, pleaded in February to sexual exploitation of a child after targeting at least eight minors between the age of 9 and 17, federal authorities announced. An 18-year-old high school student who reportedly had plans to commit a school shooting in Montgomery County has been arrested, according to police. Rockville resident Andrea Ye, whose preferred name is Alex Ye, was arrested on Wednesday, April 17 following an extensive investigation after the FBI notified Montgomery County Public Schools about a 129-page "manifesto" authored by the teen. Ford announced that it would recall over 450,000 Bronco Sport SUVs and Maverick vehicles because of an issue with the battery that can cause the drive train to lose power and increase the likelihood of wrecks.
