PELHAM, N.Y. The snowstorm that ravaged the area last weekend damaged trees, power lines and at least one home in the Pelham area.
A homeowner contacted the Pelham Police Department on Monday to say a tree owned by the village had fallen on her house, according to the police report. She said the tree was cleared on Monday but the damage to the façade of her home was obvious.
Three second-floor windows and a first-floor window were damaged, along with the archway near the front door. The tree also created damage marks on the west side of the home. A small tree in the yard of the home was also damaged.
