Hudson Valley Homeless Shelter Worker Busted Selling Drugs To Clients, Police Say An employee of a Hudson Valley homeless shelter has been busted for allegedly selling cocaine to clients, police say. Dutchess County resident Marlene Sosa, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, April 4, following an investigation by the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the task force, an investigation began after residents of the shelter alerted agents that Sosa was selling cocaine. Ulster County resident Damon Foy, age 50, of Kerhonkson, was charged with felony murder on Wednesday, April 3, and arraigned in the town of Esopus Justice Court. According to Capt.
