Pelham Elementary Flag Rugby Goes 2-1 at Chelsea Tournament

PELHAM, N.Y. – Pelham’s elementary flag rugby team won two of three games in its first Chelsea Waterside Park Tournament of the spring on Sunday.

Pelham won its first game, 4-3, against Boys Club and then used strong passing to down Rockaway, 7-4. Lycee defeated Pelham in the third and final game of the afternoon.

The following players took the field for Pelham: Avery Archibald, Connor Evans, Elliot Brandler, Guy Eustace, Grant Rolls, James Hupprich, Julia Davis, Luca Phillips, Max Laval, Nicholas Hibbler, Patrick Zahradnik, Reed O’Brien, Justin O’Beirne and Andrew Clausen.

Pelham will participate in its next tournament at Chelsea on Sunday.
