Astorino Coming To Pelham For July 18 Town Meeting

PELHAM, N.Y. – Pelham residents will have the opportunity to ask County Executive Robert Astorino questions in an hour-long town hall meeting Wednesday, July 18. The event will be moderated by Pelham Supervisor Peter DiPaola.

“These town hall meetings are a great way for me to find out what is on the minds of our residents and businesses,” Astorino said in a press release announcing the forum. “I look forward to next week’s conversation.”

The Pelham forum is the latest in a series of  “Ask Astorino” outreach initiatives, the release stated, including four tele-town hall meetings, engaging residents through telephone, Facebook and Twitter.”

Astorino plans to update the village on his administration’s three major goals: “Providing tax relief, preserving essential services and promoting economic development.” Then residents will be allowed to ask questions.

The event will start at 7 p.m. and take place in the Daronco Town House.
