WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - State Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a man wanted for allegedly stealing a car and failing to appear in court.
An alert was issued by New York State Police in Somers this week for 22-year-old Jose Amaya Serrano, who allegedly stole a 2011 Ford F-250 from Flushing in July and failed to appear in court, which led to an arrest warrant, which was issued by the Bedford Court.
Serrano is wanted on two counts of criminal possession of stolen property.
Police described Serrano as a 5-foot-7 white male with brown eyes and black hair. He weighed approximately 170 pounds at the time of his arrest.
