Search On For 3 Armed Suspects After Man Injured In Pelham Home Invasion

PELHAM, N.Y. -- Police on Sunday evening were searching for three armed men who pistol-whipped a man while robbing his Fifth Avenue home, according to News 12 Westchester.

The attackers were all described as black and wearing gray, hooded sweatshirts and jeans. Each was armed with a silver and black semi-automatic handgun, according to News 12.

The victim, said to be in his 20s, was taken to New Rochelle Hospital. There was no word on his injuries, according to News 12.

After the robbery at 523 Fifth Ave., authorities in surrounding areas aided Pelham police in the investigation by maintaining a perimeter around the town's borders, according to News 12.
