Police intervention was required at an area home during an early morning incident involving an allegedly drunk woman.
The North Castle Police Department received a complaint from a resident of Washington Avenue in White Plains before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22, of a drunken woman who attempted to trespass into the home.
Police said that the caller stated the Hispanic woman was wearing a silver coat, wandering on her property and attempting to get into the residence. Two officers responded to the home, and the woman was arrested for a criminal trespass charge. She was released and scheduled to appear in court to answer the charge at a later date.
