PELHAM, N.Y. Part of Fifth Avenue closed Thursday because of street repaving at the intersection of Harmon Avenue near the Town House Park.
Police cars blocked the road from Fifth Avenue and Second Street to the train station overpass near Wolfs Lane. Police directed traffic in the area away from the worksite.
Officers expected the workers to finish at 4 p.m.
