PELHAM, N.Y. A Pelham residents gray 2007 Honda Accord was damaged by rusty water dripping from the overhead steel beams of the villages parking garage No. 3, police said.
The man alerted the Pelham Police Department at 1 p.m. Sunday after the village told him to file a police report. There are several rust marks on the rear passenger side door, according to the police. The responding officer took photos, and the resident got an estimate of $1,050.70 to repair the damage.

Allergic Reaction: The police were called to a Chestnut Avenue home after a man suffered an allergic reaction to a medication and was unable to stop his upper body from shaking. When police arrived, he was cold but conscious and alert. The Pelham Fire Department and paramedics were at the home, and the victim was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
Trouble Breathing: An Eighth Avenue man was having trouble breathing, which prompted medical attention on Friday at 11:33 p.m. He was taken to Sound Shore Medical Center by ambulance.
Loud Youths: A Pelham woman complained of a loud group of 25 youths on Boulevard at 12:34 a.m. Saturday. A police officer and sergeant arrived, and the group said they were traveling from New Roc City in New Rochelle through Pelham to Mount Vernon. The police sent them on their way.
Suspicious Vehicle: Pelham police received a report of a white male in a security uniform outside of a van plastered with scantily clad pictures of women from a magazine on Wolfs Lane. The department dispatched all units, but the man and van were gone when they arrived. The police checked up to Lincoln Avenue.
