Pelham Manor Trustees Seek Nomination

PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. – Trustees Neal Schwarzfeld, a Democrat, and Louis Annunziata, a Republican, will both likely be nominated Tuesday night at the Pelham Manor Republican Party caucus. They were both nominated at Pelham Manor’s Democratic Party caucus on Jan. 24.

Schwarzfeld was first elected as a trustee in 2010 while Annunziata is serving the rest of Trustee Mark Bruckmann’s term.  Bruckmann resigned when he moved out of the village in 2011.

Schwarzfeld is a former village attorney and is a 1968 graduate of Rutgers College and University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1971.

Annunziata, who has lived in Pelham Manor for 31 years, has been involved in various local organizations. The father of four served as the chair of the Pelham Manor Zoning Board of Appeals for 15 years and was on the board for 25 years. He has also been practicing dentistry for the last 39 years.

The election will take place on March 20.
