PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. Pelham Manor police took a report from a Pelham Manor resident on Tuesday who said he has been the victim of identity theft since 2007.
The man said he has been receiving mail at his home from the state of Pennsylvania, including past due bills, notices of collections and bank loans, according to the police report.
The man co-owns a house with his brother in the Village of Pelham and mail and bills have been sent to that location, as well.
A possible suspect is Anthony J. Scirrotto, to whom all bills are being directed, according to the police report.
The man wanted detectives to call him and tell him what to do next because he is trying to correct his credit. He had all his paperwork prepared for the police.
The detective division was waiting for the initial report, and the case is pending investigation.
