PELHAM, N.Y. Workers from Pelham's Department of Public Works drove along Fifth Avenue Thursday afternoon, stopping to hang Christmas wreaths on street lights.
The workers used a basket on the back of a truck and a ladder to reach the lights and hang green wreaths with red bows on every black pole on Fifth Avenue. They also hung the wreaths at the train station. The men weren't sure how many wreaths they would hang in total.
