PELHAM, N.Y. -- The Village of Pelham will not charge for parking at two- and three-hour meters along Fifth Avenue and the vicinity in an effort to assist residents, merchants, and visitors during the shopping season.
Parking meters will be bagged in Pelham from Dec. 17-24 as a convenience to shoppers.
