The 17 people include current and former elected officials, people with deep ties to the community and people with specific areas of expertise, the Latimer campaign said.
“I believe they will help set a course for Westchester that will truly serve all our residents,” Latimer said.
Latimer also announced the creation of a transition website (latimertransition2017.com) for people who want to work in the administration.
“I believe that openness should be a hallmark of my administration, and we want to be able to communicate in numerous ways with the community," Latimer said. "The website will provide a portal for people to express their interest in potential employment. We are looking for a diverse group of people who can help bring fresh ideas and energy to Westchester."
