PELHAM, N.Y. -- The Pelham Library's Book Club has picked its selection for next month, "Daughters of the Revolution" by Carolyn Cooke.

The club typically meets at 7:30 p.m. the first Thursday of the month in the library's program room. Light refreshments are provided. In the event of a holiday, the club may be re-scheduled for the second Thursday of the month. Such is the case with its first meeting of this year, which will be Sept. 12.

The club meets monthly from September through June with the exception of January. At the last meeting in June, club members bring in their favorite books to exchange for summer reading enjoyment. At the monthly meetings, participants may pick up the next month's book for discussion at the circulation desk.
