PELHAM, N.Y. — A Pelham school board meeting and a summer concert are highlights of the week’s events in Pelham.

Monday, Aug. 27

Town of Pelham Summer Concert Series: 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m. T. J. Tomlin's Dixie Land All Stars perform under the Town House Park Gazebo as part of Pelham’s annual Summer Concert Series. 20 Fifth Ave., Pelham.

Tuesday, Aug. 28

Town of Pelham Public Library Story Time: 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m. A session will be held for babies up to 2 years old to enjoy stories with their parents. Town of Pelham Public Library, 530 Colonial Ave., Pelham.

Wednesday, Aug. 29

Town of Pelham Public Library Story Time: 10:05 a.m.-10:35 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m. Two sessions will be held for babies up to 2 years old to enjoy stories with their parents. Town of Pelham Public Library, 530 Colonial Ave., Pelham.

Pelham School Board Meeting: 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. The board meets in executive session at 7:15 p.m. in the Superintendent’s Conference Room. The board then meets in public session at 8 p.m. in Alumni Hall at Pelham High School to accept new employees to the school district and consider other items.  

Thursday, Aug. 30

Gym Dandy at Christ Church: 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Exercise class held at the church. 1415 Pelhamdale Ave., Pelham.

Westchester Blades Fencing: 3 p.m.-7 p.m. The fencing school visits the church to provide instruction in the sport. Christ Church, 1415 Pelhamdale Ave., Pelham.
