NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The Carl Bartlett Jr. Quartet will headline the opening day of the Seventh Annual New Rochelle Jazz Festival Saturday, July 16, at Historic Ruby Dee Park at Library.
The Carl Bartlett Jr. Quartet will perform at the New Rochelle Jazz Festival.
