Sprain Lanes Remain Closed For Repairs; Crashes Cause Delays On Hutch, I-95

Two Sprain Brook Parkway southbound lanes remain closed north of the Interstate 287 interchange for emergency construction. The lane closures are between Route 100C and the Payne Street Bridge overpass.

A pair of crashes that initially blocked lanes caused delays on both the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway and southbound I-95 Tuesday morning.

The crash on the Hutch occurred at Mamaroneck Road (Exit 22), with stop-and-go delays to I-287.

The crash on I-95 was at the New Rochelle tolls, with backups to Fenimore Road (Exit 18A).
