There was stop-and-go traffic on a stretch of the Hutchinson River Parkway after a crash involving an overturned vehicle during the tail end of the evening commute on Monday.
The incident, on the southbound side, occurred just before 6 p.m. at North Street/Route 127 (Exit 25) in Harrison with traffic backed up to I-287.
