Pelham Youth Rugby Ends Season With Victory, Awards

PELHAM, N.Y. - Pelham Youth Rugby took its annual trip to Philadelphia last week to play the Pennsylvania All-Stars and stay overnight for Pelham’s annual awards banquet.

Pelham’s U13 team lost the club's first match to the Pennsylvania team, but the Under-15 team topped the Pennsylvania U-15 All-Stars 20-10 to complete an unbeaten season.

Kees Huisman and Danny Maydwell led the Under-15 boys. Woods Johnson was the key man for the U-13 team.

The following players were honored with year-end awards.
