Pelham School District Names First Athlete Of The Week For 2016-17

PELHAM, N.Y. -- The Pelham School District has named Kevin Coleman as the first Athlete of the Week for the 2016-17 school year.

Coleman, a sophomore football player at Pelham Memorial High School, rushed for 156 yards and three touchdowns on eight carries during a 38-0 win over Palisades Prep School on Sept. 2.

In a post on the school district's Facebook page, district officials congratulated Coleman with a brief statement: "Way to go Kevin!"
