Benjamin Koch, 14, suffers from adrenoleukodystrophy, which attacks the neurons in the brain, though it hasn't kept him from being a fixture at Yankee Stadium or watching other baseball stars.

Koch told the Make-A-Wish Foundation that he wanted to see all of his favorite baseball stars gathered in one place on the field.

He was granted the wish at the Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley Wish Ball in Tarrytown back in May by Manfred himself. The dinner was honoring Manfred for his work with Make-A-Wish.
