PELHAM, N.Y. - All Pelham Public School buildings have entered into lockout protocols due to police activity in the area.
The lockout was announced shortly before 1 p.m. on Friday afternoon. As part of the protocol, no one will be able to exit or enter the building until the lockout is lifted. District officials have requested that no one approach the schools.
The nature of the police activity was not immediately clear.
