He will represent Pelham at the 2016 New York State National Geographic State Bee in April.
The National Geographic Society has invited up to 100 of the top-scoring students in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Department of Defense Dependents Schools and U.S. territories to compete in the state Bees.
The National Geographic Society is a nonprofit scientific and educational institution. Its interests include geography, archaeology and natural science, and the promotion of environmental and historical conservation.
