At an exclusive Awards and Networking luncheon at the Pelham Split Rock Golf Club, a group of top performing agents received recognition for their achievements in dollar volume, unit sales and outbound referral transactions in 2013 for their respective firms within the Westchester Real Estate, Inc. network.
Agents honored at the luncheon for their professional sales achievements during 2013 were: Glen Gates, Katie O’Keefe and Diana Cirocco from Billingsley Realty in Katonah; Gwen Bolan, Victoria Carter and Carol Conway from Bronxville-Ley Real Estate in Bronxville; Cynthia Leite, Rosemarie Smalheiser, Drew Slack, Miriam O’Malley, Raymond Dutczak and Carla DaCosta from ERA Insite Realty Services in White Plains and Yonkers; Isabel Suspiro and Linda Sanchez from Four Seasons Real Estate Center in Mt. Vernon; Jennifer Maher, Tom Ricapito and Christina Gameiro from J. Philip Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor; Ann Milit, Donna Rohan, and Fran Rockwood from Peter J. Riolo Real Estate in Hastings-on-Hudson; Seth Keslow, Randi Reiner Culang, and Jennifer Goldfarb from Platinum Drive Realty in Scarsdale; Carol Pezzone, Antoinette Iemma and Joseph Durnin from Stiefvater Real Estate in Pelham; and Lorenzo Signorile, Marc Gerber and Bridget Staff from Tri-Crest Realty in Eastchester.
Their respective broker/owners and managers were all on hand to present them with Certificates of Achievement and special awards. Also honored for their outbound referral volume were Pat Barry and Rosanne Fluet of Bronxville-Ley Real Estate and John Doherty of Peter J. Riolo Real Estate.
The event was supported by Prospect Lending. Senior loan officer and HGAR finance instructor David Moore congratulated the winners and shared insights on the unique value proposition of independent, entrepreneurial real estate firms. Also participating in the day’s festivities were some of Westchester Real Estate’s affiliated service providers.
