MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- A seven-bedroom mansion in Mamaroneck will be sold to the highest bidder at auction on June 3, according to lohud.com.

The estate, at Two Coventry Court, is 11,000 square-feet and had previously been listed at $5 million. Built in 1999 on less than an acre in a cul-de-sac, the three-story home features a two-story entryway with marble floors and grand staircase, a library, gourmet kitchen, grand dining room, seven full and three half bathrooms, and a spacious family room, according to lohud.com.

Lawrence and Katherine Roman are listed as the homeowners. The home's market value was pegged at $5.175 million, according to the town's 2015 tax roll and is in the Scarsdale school district. The property is available for viewing by appointment only between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. from Friday to Sunday until the auction by calling 212-202-2940. 

According to Mike Russo, regional vice president of Concierge Auctions, a typical auction day starts at 5 p.m. with the actual auction at 6 p.m., according to lohud.com.
