Skelos Expected To Resign As Senate Majority Leader

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New York State Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos will no longer be the leader of his party by the end of Monday, but wether he steps down himself, or is forced out remains to be seen, according to the Buffalo News.

Senate Republicans will meet Monday morning to where he will be asked to step down as majority leader. Reports say the new Republican leader will either be Sen. John DeFrancisco of the Syracuse area or Sen. John Flanagan of Suffolk County, the Buffalo News Reported.
