Barsanti retired this year after 14 years of “exemplary service” as comptroller, Supervisor Peter DiPaola said in his June town report.

Vasami has many years of experience in bookkeeping and auditing, the supervisor’s report said.

“We greatly appreciate Mr. Barsanti’s contributions to our Town, and are particularly grateful for his efforts in making certain that that the transition in the comptroller’s office was seamless,” DiPaola said.
