Pelham Board of Ed Reorganization Set For July 10

PELHAM, N.Y. – The Pelham Board of Education will welcome its two new members in addition to naming a new president and vice president during its annual organizational meeting July 10.

Madeline Smith and Michael Recca were elected to the board May 15, replacing former President Robert Eicher and Doug Hearle. The two chose not to run for re-election and were honored for their years of service to the Pelham School District before their final board meeting on June 19.

The election of the new president and vice president will be discussed and voted on in public session, Smith said. 

The meeting will begin at 8 p.m. in Pelham Memorial’s Alumni Hall. An executive session of the board will precede the public meeting at 6:30 p.m.
