PELHAM, N.Y. Pelham residents will have the opportunity to ask County Executive Robert Astorino questions in an hour-long town hall meeting Wednesday, July 18. The event will be moderated by Pelham Supervisor Peter DiPaola.
These town hall meetings are a great way for me to find out what is on the minds of our residents and businesses, Astorino said in a press release announcing the forum. I look forward to next weeks conversation.
The Pelham forum is the latest in a series of Ask Astorino outreach initiatives, the release stated, including four tele-town hall meetings, engaging residents through telephone, Facebook and Twitter.
Astorino plans to update the village on his administrations three major goals: Providing tax relief, preserving essential services and promoting economic development. Then residents will be allowed to ask questions.
The event will start at 7 p.m. and take place in the Daronco Town House.
