Continued investigation led to the whereabouts, and subsequent arrest of DeHayes for her part in stealing, and then fraudulently using those credit cards for her own benefit, according to police.

State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested DeHayes on Wednesday, April 25 and charged her with three counts of criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of identity theft, all Class E felonies.
