Pelham Neighborhood Alarmed By Violent Home Invasion

PELHAM, N. Y. -- Pelham residents are on the alert after a violent home invasion Sunday left two people injured, and the suspects still on the loose, according to News 12 Westchester.

Police say they don't believe this was a random act. Witnesses told police that around 5 p.m. they saw three men with grey hooded sweatshirts enter the building along Fifth Avenue, News 12 

The men reportedly pistol-whipped the 24-year-old man, who had to be hospitalized. The woman in the apartment was hit in the head but not seriously injured, News 12 reported.
