Pelham Manor Police Chief To Have Pay Cut, Training After Racist Emails

PELHAM MANOR - Pelham Manor Police Chief Al Mosiello must undergo sensitivity training after sending racist emails, according to a report on News 12 Westchester.

Mosiello's salary will also be reduced as part of the discipline for forwarding racially offensive jokes from his home computer in 2011. Mosiello faces termination if the behavior re-occurs.
