One Charged After Police Bust Underage Drinking Party In Bronxville

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - A group of teenagers was busted by police in Bronxville with drugs and alcohol after using a neighbor’s home to party while he was out of town.

On Friday, May 12, a Lee Place resident reported to police that he had been advised by neighbors that his backyard was being used for an underage drinking party.

Shortly before midnight, police were dispatched to the home, where officers said several youths fled the party through the nearby woods, leaving behind beer cans and marijuana paraphernalia.

According to police, one 18-year-old Bronxville resident, whose name has not been disclosed, was apprehended by police and has been charged with trespassing. He was processed and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court later this year.
