Officials confirmed that detectives are investigating the death of Tremaine Williams, whose body was found at approximately 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning on East Third Street after he was killed in an apparent hit-and-run.
Police said that the suspects took off in a burgundy SUV. Williams was later found in the road, unresponsive. Officials have not announced an official cause of death, though there was reportedly a dispute between Williams and the suspects before the incident.
