Arson Cited In New Rochelle Fire

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Four adults and a pair of children were relocated after a fire that started in the basement of a residence near Montefiore Hospital on Saturday morning rendered the home unlivable, lohud.com reports.

Police suspect the blaze, which occurred at 172 Lockwood Ave., was set intentionally, and have identified a person of interest in the incident, according to lohud.com.

The suspect, a male, has not yet been charged, lohud.com reports.
