PELHAM, N.Y. -- Stephen Garbarini, a lifelong Pelham resident, died in Greenwich on Saturday, April 25. He was 66.
Garbarini was an avid tennis player, once winning the USTA 5.0. Men's National Championship.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, his three daughters, Sam, Sarah, and Jenny; and his grandchildren, Sadie and Jake.
A reception will be held in his honor on Wednesday, April 29 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the New York Athletic Club at Travers Island.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Garbarini's name to the American Cancer Society are welcomed.
