Patricia W. Troutman, 85, Of Pelham

PELHAM, N.Y. -- Pelham Manor resident Patricia W. Troutman died on Monday, Jan. 11. She was 85.

She was born in New York City in 1930 to John and Margaret Worthington. She graduated from Mount St. Vincent College in 1952.

She was a member of the Pelham Board of Education, was involved in the creation of the Pelham Children's Center and spent many years building support for the Bartow-Pell Conservancy. She loved to play bridge, garden, listen to the Philharmonic, travel and spend time at her house in Columbia County.

Troutman was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Courtland "Cody" Troutman. 

She is survived by her son, Curt; daughter, Gretchen; two grandchildren and her brother, John.

Visiting hours will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Jan.15, at the Pelham Funeral Home, 64 Lincoln Ave., in Pelham. A funeral Mass will be celebrated  at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16, at St. Catharine's Catholic Church, 25 Second Ave., in Pelham.
