PELHAM, N.Y. - Charlotte Frances Bulanchuk, formerly of Pelham, died Tuesday, Dec. 10. She was 91.
Bulanchuk was born Dec. 3, 1922, in Mt. Vernon; daughter of William and Frances Rapp. She was a homemaker. She was active in the Pelham PTA and volunteered at the Mt. Vernon Hospital for many years. She was also a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church in Bronxville.
Bulanchuk is survived by her daughters, Gail Read of Clifton Park and Judith Bedard of Manchester, N.H.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, William John Bulanchuk; and granddaughter, Lauren S. Read.
Calling hours are from 1 p.m. Dec. 13 prior to the service. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Route 9, Clifton Park. Burial will be in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
