Where is This in Pelham?

PELHAM, N.Y. – Congratulations to Rachel Adams, winner of the previous "Where Is This in Pelham?" contest. She correctly answered on The Daily Pelham Facebook Page that the Mona Lisa portrait was located in Framed by the Judge.
