What's Happening in Pelham This Weekend

PELHAM, N.Y. – Pelham might be losing an hour due to Daylight Savings Time Sunday, but residents both young and old will be kept busy throughout the weekend. Here's a list of what's happening.

-On Saturday, the SATs will take place for the hundreds of Pelham Memorial juniors.

-On Saturday night, the Junior League of Pelham (JLP) will hold its 71st Anniversary Gala at the Pelham Country Club from 7:30 p.m. to midnight. The 80s cover band, Rubix Kube, will be performing and the JLP will have various items auctioned off as well. Food and drinks will be served as part of the event, which costs $175 for a single ticket, $300 for a couple and $225 for benefactors. Tickets can be purchased on the JLP website.

-Daylight Savings Time starts at 2 a.m. Sunday.

-Throughout the weekend and lasting until March 18, you will be able to donate money or a case of water at Fairway Market to last week’s tornado survivors. Customers will be able to donate $1, $3, $5 or a case of water.
