The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Tuesday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 48-year-old DeShawn Gully, who has moved from Yonkers to an apartment on Locust Avenue in New Rochelle.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Gully as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Gully had deviate sexual intercourse with his victim in July 1990. He was arrested by the Yonkers City Police Department SOR Unit and sentenced to between two and six years in state prison in December that year. He is now under the jurisdiction of the New Rochelle City Police Department.
