Pelham's Armen Kassabian To Teach English In Brazil As Fulbright Fellow

PELHAM, N.Y. -- Pelham Memorial High School graduate Armen Kassabian is heading to Brazil for a year as a Fulbright Fellow to teach English, according to pelhamplus.com.

Kassabian has taught English all over the world, including Martinique, Israel, Thailand, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. He is currently learning as much Portuguese as he can before leaving for the Mato Grasso region, where he will be teaching, pelhamplus.com said.
