PELHAM, N.Y. – Trick or Treating throughout Pelham has been canceled, officials announced Wednesday, because of power outages, dark street lights, traffic conditions, downed wires and debris on sidewalks.
Officials recommend families go trick-or-treating by 7 p.m. Saturday.
