Pelham Manor Police Chief's Racist Emails Included Crude Joke, Report Says

PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. -- The racist emails forwarded by Pelham Manor Police Chief Alfred Mosiello included several stereotypes of black people, according to LoHud.com.

The emails included statements alluding to black Americans often being incarcerated, unwilling to work and women having children in order to collect welfare checks, LoHud.com reported. 

Mosiello was issued a disciplinary pay cut as a result of the racist emails.
