Pelham Man Charged With Drug Smuggling May Seek Deal

PELHAM, N.Y. -- The Pelham man who has been charged with trying to smuggle chemicals used in making drugs into the country is reportedly trying to strike a deal with authorities, according to LoHud.com.

Daren Lee Moshe, 22, was arrested in early October after authorities witnessed him picking up a package from a White Plains UPS store that Moshe allegedly believed contained chemicals to help replicate the drug Molly, LoHud.com reported. 

Moshe's attorney filed paperwork in court asking for an extension before the indictment, which could result in a disposition without a trial, LoHud.com said.
