PELHAM, N.Y. - The construction at this Fifth Avenue intersection near Pelhamwood and Harmon avenues has ended after weeks of work. No construction equipment or workers were on site for the first time since early August.
Robert Thiele, construction inspector for Buck, Seifert and Jost, Inc., said that workers only need to perform a final paving sometime next week.
